Returns

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if the product is damaged due to:

• Physical damage caused by the customer
• Fire damage
• Water damage
• Thunder or electrical surge damage
• Improper handling or misuse

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item.

If the return is approved:

• You may choose a refund or replacement.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, and in some cases it may take a few additional days depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
